Installation Method
Here are the general steps for Whole House Auto Backwash Water PreFilter: 1. Turn off your home’s main water supply. 2. Select a suitable location for the pre-filter unit. The unit should be installed downstream of the main water shutoff valve and upstream of the water softener or other filtration system. 3. Mount the pre-filter unit on a firm, level surface and connect the inlet and outlet pipes using suitable plumbing fittings. 4. Connect the prefilter control valve to power and program it with your desired backwash schedule. 5. Bleed the air out of the system and turn on the water supply. 6.
